- تطوير تطبيق “My NTRA” لتقديم مجموعة من الخدمات التفاعلية عبر الهاتف المحمول، دون الحاجة للتواصل مع مركز الاتصال أو زيارة فروع مشغلي الاتصالات.
- من بين الخدمات العديدة التي يقدمها التطبيق: تقديم الشكاوى، التحقق من جودة وسرعة الشبكة، التحقق من أرقام الهواتف المسجلة تحت اسم المستخدم، قنوات اتصال مباشرة مع الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات، وقسم خاص بخدمات الشركات.
